GFRP Poles
GFRP Poles are filament-wound composite poles. Filament winding is the method of using a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) filament winding machine to manufacture components such as cylinders, pipes, poles, symmetric and non-symmetric objects, pressure vessels, or tanks, etc. The process involves the controlled layup of fiber filaments under tension onto a rotating mandrel.
GFRP is defined as a composite material made from glass fiber reinforced with a polymer matrix. This combination of fiberglass and resin, when designed properly, forms a robust engineered product.
